The Office of the Director of Audit reports to the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda.

The Office of the Director of Audit is located at the corner of St. Mary’s and Temple Streets St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda.

As outlined in the Constitution of Antigua and Barbuda and the Office of the Director of Audit, the Director of Audit shall perform his function without fear, favour or prejudice and no person or authority shall interfere with or exert undue influence on him or his officers in the exercise of his powers or in the performance of his duties.
